Joshua Dismond brings more than 14 years of experience in tax strategy, accounting, and financial structuring to HomeVantage, where he supports foreclosure intervention by designing financially sound, compliant solutions for homeowners in distress. As founder of Mint Legacy Group LLC, he has served over 400 clients nationwide, providing advanced tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and compliance oversight.

Foreclosure & Financial Structuring Expertise:

Joshua has completed more than 25 real estate transactions including foreclosure bailouts. He structures lease-options, rent backs, and capital solutions that allow families to remain in their homes while restoring financial stability. As a commercial loan broker and Fractional CFO, he accesses SBA programs, private lenders, hard money, and traditional financing.
